With 5 BresicWhitney agents appearing in this year’s REB Top 50 agents for NSW, the results are a reflection of how a unique sales model connects buyers and sellers more efficiently.

With agents working as one network from the Eastern Suburbs to the Inner West, and within comparable Peninsulas and lifestyle regions that attract similar inhabitants, the accolades have been spread between all 4 BresicWhitney offices in Darlinghurst, Glebe, Balmain and Hunters Hill.

With the results marking the biggest representation of agents for a singular owned real estate business, CEO Thomas McGlynn says this is testament to the BresicWhitney reach.

“To have 5 agents mentioned from one non-franchised group shows just how much value our teams bring to the selling landscape in 2022,” he says.

“The idea of an open database where all agents share intel and work together adds much more for all buyers and sellers, while ensuring our teams are driving their own business forward.

“These agents are always looking to each other to introduce new buyers and identify opportunities in neighbouring suburbs. And it shows.”

“Although this recognises performance from the sales team, it is a bigger representation of what we are achieving as a company if we live our values and focus on continuing to provide the best property experience for tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers across Sydney,” Thomas says.

“The congratulations extend beyond the agents to all involved.”
