Career pathways nurtured at BresicWhitney
Leading Sydney property group BresicWhitney is delighted to have had the success of several of its youngest agents highlighted in a The Daily Telegraph feature, uncovering the top 50 real estate young guns aged 35 and under.
BresicWhitney’s Emily Davidson (27), Brandon Nguyen (27), Zakir Abdallaoui (30), Nick Playfair (32), Luke Grosvenor (24) and Jack Parry (29) were listed in the feature on Sunday 10th July as some of Inner Sydney’s best and brightest agents.
Ms Davidson – who was named as youngest and only under-30 female AREA Award winner earlier in the year – led the charge for BresicWhitney, with a total of 65 properties to a total of $143 million in the 2021 Calendar Year.
Ms Davidson said, “Our sellers know we’re not relying on an advertise-and-hope approach, instead working diligently for them in seeking out home hunters, identifying buyers’ needs and creating a deeper network that all our clients can tap into. I’m lucky to work in a high-calibre team that lets each of us carve out our own niche in this industry.” Emily focuses primarily on the Darlinghurst and Paddington markets.
Jack Parry, who had a total of 34 properties sold and sales volume of $62 million, said, “I’ve been fortunate to work alongside some of the best agents in the country from a young age, and attribute this to my career success so far. I also value the new age of ideas in our industry, where customer focus is at the centre, and good ethics and morality are valued more than ever before.” Mr Parry focuses on the Inner West market, particularly Balmain Peninsula, Lilyfield, and Drummoyne.
BresicWhitney Chief Operating Officer William Gosse said, “This recognition reflects our agents’ commitment to honesty, excellence and ongoing use of wise judgement in advising sellers and buyers in what has been at many times, an uncertain market.”
Mr Gosse said while the results reflected the impressive financial success of these talented and driven individuals, the wider BresicWhitney teams and support network had helped nurture this. “The commitment to our shared services teams is as strong as it is to our lead agents. Success goes beyond any one individual, and we are continually striving to develop, reward and recognise the next wave of real estate’s best talent, inclusive of all skill sets and career ambitions.”
