BresicWhitney’s latest triple-hire appointments

The new senior faces across BresicWhitney sales and property management departments.

It’s not just the 2020 market that’s moving at BresicWhitney, with three new appointments announced for our Sales and Property Management departments.

The first sees Chantelle Collin promoted to Head of Property Management. Now with 22 years of experience, Chantelle joined BresicWhitney in 2016 as New Business Team Leader, driving growth for one of Sydney’s largest property management portfolios. This new role sees her take a broader leadership position, tasked with positioning the BresicWhitney Property Management offering at the forefront of our rapidly evolving rental marketplace.

With more than 20 years of real estate experience, leading sales agent Rhonda Yim also joins BresicWhitney, having previously worked with co-founder Shannan Whitney in the late 1990s.

Known in the Inner West, especially the 2049 postcodes of Petersham and Lewisham, Rhonda sold more homes in her region than any other agent last year, landing Rate My Agent’s ‘Agent of the Year’ award for Petersham in 2019. Rhonda is synonymous with the mix of Art Deco homes, new apartments, modern townhouses, workers cottages and grand Victorian homes around Dulwich Hill and Summer Hill.

“A reputation for being extremely professional and honest is something that a wide range of clients are attracted to,” Rhonda says. “A lot of my relationships come from referrals from past clients, as well new people seeking me out, knowing that I have a great track record in their area.

“BresicWhitney is the ideal environment for an established agent such as myself, to further my career.”

Meanwhile, with 10 years of real estate sales experience, Zak Abdallaoui re-joins BresicWhitney after a period away from the brand at a franchise office owned by his family.

“Early in my real estate career, I experienced the dynamism of BresicWhitney agents. It’s an environment that is supportive, collaborative and most importantly, helps you develop as an agent. I wanted to be part of that again.”

Halfway through his MBA, Zak is always developing his set of skills, along with his ability to look at the real estate industry differently.

While the year is still fresh, 2020 is shaping up to be a significant one for BresicWhitney.

Shannan Whitney says, “As an organisation, we provide a unique environment for experienced agents to further develop and grow their careers. The appointments of Chantelle, Rhonda and Zak – all successful real estate practitioners – are testament to this.

“Our door is always open to successful agents, looking for an environment that will support them in taking that next step.”
