Now with dedicated commercial/retail portfolio manager Michael Sealy onboard, we’ve added a layer of experience to assist people with more diverse assets.

Before joining BresicWhitney, Michael managed commercial property in Hong Kong, the UK and New Zealand, working extensively with clients to ensure meticulous upkeep of portfolios. Some of the benefits his clients have enjoyed include longer leasing terms, fixed percentage annual increases, negotiated outgoings, and multiple income streams in single buildings.
