Australia’s top agents at BresicWhitney: more to the story

Our agents in Australia's Top 100 tells lots more about the wider BW approach.

With 6 BresicWhitney agents appearing in this year’s REB Top 100 agents in Australia, there is more to the rankings than just numbers.

For us, it reflects the way these agents work as one group to connect buyers and sellers more efficiently, across suburbs of similar lifestyles.

Michael Kirk hit the rankings at #63. He’s brought more buyers and sellers together in the $2m-$4m space in Surry Hills/Darlinghurst/Redfern than any other agent. Those buyers often circle in via BresicWhitney listings in Paddington and surrounds, where Maclay Longhurst is the leading agent, and ranks #5.

Our networking and collaboration is key to facilitating transactions between these areas.

The same happens for our Inner West buyers and sellers. Chris Nunn‘s ranking of #43 comes largely from him leading the family home space and premium price bracket in Annandale.

But he also serves a pattern of locals who move between the BresicWhitney offices in similar price points in Balmain and Hunters Hill.

It’s no surprise that the agents synonymous with top-end sales in Balmain come in at #52 with Adrian Oddi and #46 with Andrew Liddell.

Nearby in Hunters Hill, Nicholas McEvoy‘s position at #31 is intrinsically linked to that same pattern.

It’s important for us to recognise those working behind the scenes for these teams, so a big congratulations to all involved.

But it also reaffirms the BresicWhitney uniqueness, that our non-franchised approach to buying and selling property is best tailored to the way Inner Sydney inhabitants shift between our key suburbs at different points in their life.

The story behind these wins goes a lot deeper than numbers for us.
