Our first sales with no public opens

With 19 sales in the past week, we're adapting our approach to deliver for buyers and sellers.

In light of new business practices across Australia because of Covid-19, we’ve been busy reworking things, selling 19 properties in the past 7 days.

As a company we’ve made the decision to convert our sales programs to private treaty campaigns for the foreseeable future.

If you understand how BresicWhitney works, you’ll know we’re set up as one network working together to sell each others’ properties across four offices. That puts us in a better position than most to assist our clients right now.

And we’re doing what we can to ensure people can still transact in this new environment.

Last week the average sale price across the network was more than $1.8 million. The highest sale price was for an inner-city house in the upper $3 million range.

All our agents conducted private inspections with more than 100 appointments booked in 7 days across our sales team. We’re working hard for our sellers to maintain that valuable one-on-one time with qualified buyers.

A number of successful buyers were BW vendors who have just sold. And in one instance, we exchanged Off-Market as a client sold to their own tenants.

With 16,000 people viewing our sales properties last week, 138 Contract for Sale documents were downloaded by active buyers.

Our work is always measured. And measurable. But you won’t see us in public, so please reach out if you need us. For anything.

If you’re following along, our recent sales are found here.
